I love his stuff. I’d love to give you some deep insight into the meaning behind each painting but i always find that stuff hilariously pretentious. I just love the fact that they are dark but utterly beguiling and I can look at them for ages. I managed to get the print below last before his sold out show in LA year which I love.

From NY Times.  Nice way of showing medal tallies at the Olympics since it began. Medal tally and a countries economic or political strength often to go arm in arm, like Germany being so dominant in 1936.
