I thought I could see the light at the end of the tunnel, but it was just some b*stard with a torch, bringing me more work.

Polish film posters

Amended for their local market.   Nowadays, I imagine they just look the same as they do all around the world but with Polish text.  I love these though.  The first one is for ‘Gremlins’.  How cool is that?!

From NY Times.  Nice way of showing medal tallies at the Olympics since it began. Medal tally and a countries economic or political strength often to go arm in arm, like Germany being so dominant in 1936.

Stripped back to the bone.  How cool are these bikes?  Made by Confederate in the US.  The type of thing Judge Dredd would ride.

Pop Up hotel

Saw this on Cool Hunting and it is really cool. French company that makes pop-up hotel rooms that they will construct in almost any location.

“130 square feet packed with all of the amenities you’d expect from an actual hotel. Rooms have hardwood floors and a cloth ceiling fitted with low voltage lighting. Insulated for both temperature and noise, they are climate-controlled with individual heating and air conditioning systems. There’s also a full bathroom with hot water and functional shower”. That’s the way to do a festival….

Very cool.  Beat mix Mp3 sets on a device called Pacemaker that you can fit in your pocket.   I want one of these.

There’s a mad shop window display in Selfridges at the moment. Installed by the white wall company. I love it. Click on the images to see them close up.

Adam used to work for me. He’s a dead nice, unassuming bloke and I was really sorry to see him leave. He wanted to concentrate on his art. This is why. He’s brilliant and rightly becoming more and more famous by the day. This is one of his newer bits.
